The common area can be found in most of the newer condo buildings. I currently live in a 44 story building. The common area in my home is really nice. They first floor lobby and the mail box area are all consider to be common areas. The corridors and the health center is also an important part of the common area. I think that large buildings need to have a lot of space saved up for the common area. The only problem is that the assessment fee might end up being really high.

But, it is worth it because of the costco return policy. Also, i end up saving a lot more then 50 dollars a year on my purchases. Married life is really hard. I found this out the hard way. I found out a few months after I got married. Actually, I found this out about two days before the wedding. I think that we are all brain washed into thinking that marriage is holy. Most of the world religions advocate marriage. But, when you think about it, marriage seems unnatural. It is unnatural to have only one sex partner. It is unnatural to have to spend most of your time with the same person. It is unnatural to set such high moral values to a man or woman. It might just be one big scam. Marriage is a big part of out social engine. It builds up society. It makes people spend money. It also creates jobs and new markets. If no body got married, the whole diamond and real estate industry would tank. Valentines day would be nothing. The candy and gift card industry would suffer as well. The whole baby industry would go bankrupt. Modern day society needs marriage. It is almost as important to the masses as religion. It creates a false sense of security. We all know how important that is for our sanity.

I recently started working at home. I still get out of my house for work, but i try to do more at home. I even set up a pretty sweet home office for myself in my house. I wanted to create a space that forced me to be productive. I think that working from home can be a bit tricky. You have to really be displined. You need to make sure that you are not distracted. I just treat it like a real office. I try to get up and get dressed for work. I try to convince myself that i have a really short commute. I might end up renting out a small office close to my home. If this doesn’t work out as planned, i will have to do just that.
