I write about debt management earlier on my blog. I think that a lot of people are facing tough economic times. I personally am feeling the stress. I have a lot of bills to pay and the income source is drying up. It seems like people that have a lot of cash in the bank are ok. The rich will get even richer during this recession. People with money will be able to pick up some nice real estate properties on the cheap. They can also pick up some foreclosed homes or businesses.

I wish that i have about 2 million dollars in the bank. That way, i could not worry about anything. The interest collected with my 2 million dollars can pay off the mortgage of my various real estate investments. That money will be all profit too. The principle doesn’t even get touched.
